Epos HR is a highly configurable system for human resource (HR) management. We aim to give our customers the best possible HR system by providing great possibilities to make the system fit the customers needs. To achieve this, Epos HR customers can create fields on their own and configure the solution to fit their specific data and workflows.
Customers must therefore also be aware of what data they keep and expose. Epos HR and Azets provide functions and processes that are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), so our customers can be compliant as well. These functions and processes are described in our more comprehensive privacy statement, which will be provided upon request.
If customers are in doubt about business needs or regulations, Azets encourages them to utilize Epos HR professional services.
We further encourage our customers to avoid sensitive personal data/information when creating fields and data. These are not mandatory data for Epos HR to function and should be excluded when possible. Finally, we encourage our customers to minimize the creation and exposure of personal data to a minimum, so only selected employees with a business need can view personal data.
